The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members and Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar have fair that Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa-chuwa maybe partial in judging the presidential election petition against President Muhammadu Buhari.
Therefore, PDP demanded to see the president of the Court of Appeal Justice Bulkachuwa-chuwa and other panel members in the Chamber, two senior lawyers from each of the parties to join in the private meeting to discuss over the tendency of Justice Bulkachuwa-chuwa be partial in the case.
