The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members and the presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar said that Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa-chuwa, the chairperson of the President Election Petition Tribunal must be removed.
It was gathered that Justice Bulkachuwa-chuwa happened to be a wife of All Progressive Congress (APC) Senator in Bauchi State. Therefore, if she allowed to preside over the case definitely her judgment will be in favour of APC and President Muhammadu Buhari.
Protests are going on that she must be removed.
In law, public acceptance of justice is as important as justice itself. On this premise, it is needful that Justice Bulkachuwa-chuwa resigns her position as the chairperson of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal so that justice when delivered would be acceptable.
