There are petition against the acting CJN Tanko Muhammed allegedly falsified the date of his birth from 31st December 1950 to 31st December 1953 as it contained in his official records.
It left the Court to decide under the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Code of Conduct for Judicial Officers to determine if Justice Tanko Muhammed has breached the law.
The matter has been adjourned till Friday for continued hearing according to Justice Danlami Senchi.
