The parents that gave birth to this child have failed in their responsibilities to take care of this child, instead left such child in the mercy of the society.
The Northern leaders are watching these and feel unperturbed, with out making effort to get them off the street for better life.
Can the children of any of the Northern leaders be found in this kind of condition and life.
It is high time the leaders abolish Almajiri system in all its ramifications and send children to conventional schools where they will learn, develop and become very useful to themselves and the society.
Northern leaders need to promote birth control, train their youths and invest in employment generating scheme in order to stop street begging.
