AN IGBO WOMAN BECOMES FIRST BLACK FEMALE CIVIC MAJOR OF LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS

Igbos are breaking records outside the country. Igbos are talented despite the frustrations, discriminations received in Nigeria. Outside this country their talents are always waxed stronger. 

An Igbo woman from Imo State named Victoria Obaze was sworn into an office as the first black female civic major of London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Victoria is a Nigerian born British woman who has made a history on Wednesday being 15th day of May 2019 in London.
