The Court of Appeal was on Thursday ruled that Senator Ademola Adeleke qualified to contest Governorship contest of September 2018.
The Justice Emmanuel Agim after the pronouncement of the judgement in the Court of Appeal also awarded Adeleke the sum of N3million before the Federal Capital Territory Abuja High Court.
It was against Wahab Raheem and Adams Habeeb who respondents to the appeal filed by PDP and Adeleke.
