Whites see Africans as people who can't be independent due to when a white commit crime in Africa no action will be taken because they see them as their semi-gods whereas an African will abducted, even killed in Europe and no African authority will question that.

Whites have laid a foundation of what Africans are doing today. The colonial masters destroyed the light of Africa. That's more of the reasons Africans are behaving in this manner.
