Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra has provided an extract from the 1999 Nigeria Constitution to clear that Primary 6 First School Leaving Certificate is meant for those seeking work in a State.
Those that quoted this interpretation out of context to justify the ridiculously unconstitutional and a disgrace to the League of Senior Advocates of Nigeria and Legal Profession in General to claim that Buhari/Jubril doesn't need a WAEC certificate to contest for the presidency.
Any person who wants to sit in Aso-Rock must have a qualification School Certificate (WAEC) and not First School Leaving Certificate.
