Dolapo Badmus has said that it's illegal for any police officer to check someone's phone.
Means that no police officer is allowed to check another person's phone, no matter what.
"It is Is illegal for any Police Officer to check any person's phone, No matter what the circumstance is".
This statement the same as bail is free.
Do we practice the above two statements in Nigeria?
