The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Chairman professor Yakubu Mahmoud should be nabbed and imprisoned for refusing to grant Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate access to materials used for the conducts of 2019 Presidential election.
Atiku's term have set to charge him to court next week and send him to prison for contempt of court order.
