Governor of Rivers State Nyesom Ezenwo Wike with prominent people of Rivers State and other dignities from another states who accompanied him to Thanksgiving service offered to God at the Government House Port Harcourt Chapel of Everlasting Grace for his re-election in the office on Wednesday.
Venerable Sunday Opara, The chaplain of the Government House of Everlasting Grace prayed for Governor Wike, his wife and his guests.
The dignities that accompanied Governor Wike to Thanksgiving service were his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Nyesom-Wike, Imo State Governor-elect, Emeka Ihedioha, members of the National Assembly and the Rivers State House of Assembly.
During the course of prayer, the Venerable Sunday made them to understand that victory comes from God and not from man. Also added that God will guide him during this his second term to do more exploits in Rivers State.
