The three people Ifeanyi Azotani, his wife Mrs Tochukwu Azotani and her niece Ogochukwu Nwankwo that flogged, stripped naked, vide tapped Ogochukwu Okafor sent to internet were arrested on Sunday by Anambra State Police.
The suspects were paraded in Awka yesterday being Monday after confessing the crimes they committed but denied of releasing the video to internet that it was another person that released the video to internet.
They are in police custody waiting for their prosecution of the offenses committed.
This is an offense to post someone nude picture on the internet against is wish.
It's a violation of the Section 24 (1) of the Cyber Crime Act, 2015, of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended.
The punishment for such crime is a fine of ₦7 million and a three year jail term according to the Cyber Crime Act.
