1] Bauchi South Senatorial Zone has Only PDP and other Parties, but APC.
2] Lawal Gumau and Ibrahim Zailani were the two APC aspirants.
3] APC had declared Gumau winner and their Candidate and Zailnai went to court.
4] Zailnai was suspended by APC for going to court and therefore no more an APC member.
5] Court ruled in favour of the suspended Zailnai, sacking Gumau.
6] APC filed no candidate for Senate.
7] INEC and APC who were allocating Votes during the Presidential election Forgot that APC did not have a candidate.
8] INEC's Returning Officer, Prof Sarki Fagam announced the APC has polled 250,725 votes to win the election without a Candidate.
