Indigenous People of Biarfa, IPOB, has replied those linking it with alleged plans to kidnap federal government workers and students in schools in the South East as well as the members of Department of State Services, DSS.
In reply IPOB asked, is it not Fulani terrorists and bandits that specialize in kidnapping of students of tertiary institutions, secondary and primary schools.
