Senator Dino Melaye blasted the President Muhammadu Buhari for increasing the pump price of fuel despites the hardship in the country.
He added that the President did not consider that the country has been lockdown for months without any support for the citizens and the only he did after the lockdown was to increase the pump price of fuel. As a result, he referred the President as a wicked man.
"Increase in electricity and pump price of fuel has proven Buhari is a wicked man.”
“It is grossly insensitive, wicked and deliberately callous for the present Government to increase pump price of petrol in a time like this. Your citizens have been home for months without any palliative or support. Some without any source of income and just when the lockdown was relax a little you hammer them with new pump price and you already taxing them through your deadly bank policy.”
“Men of good conscience will not watch the lives of poor Nigerians taking for granted with outrageous ignominy by a stationary Government.”
