A known mad woman at Nembe Ogbolomabiri in Brass Local Government Area of Bayelsa State delivered a bouncing baby boy.
She refused a certain well equipped general hospital in Yenagoa where a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) provided for her, as a result she was forced to go and deliver her baby in another local clinic.
