The Former President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Goodluck Johathan joined other African leaders at Constitutional Terms Limit Summit in Niamey, the capital city of Niger State.
The aim of the summit was to deliberate on the importance of term limit in safeguarding democracy and promoting credible and violence-free election in Africa.
