MANY FEARED DEAD AS EARTHQUAKE HIT PAKISTAN



It was a black Tuesday in Eastern Pakistan as 5.8 magnitude earthquake struck and killed up to 19 people while more than 300 persons were seriously injured. 


The earthquake shown a huge crack on the main road in the area which partially destroyed houses. 


The earthquake was mostly affected to the city of Mirpur, in Pakistan administrated Kashmir. 


The Pakistan's Chief meteorologist, Muhammad Riaz said "The quake was 10km (six miles) deep...  The worst-hit was Mirpur."


The aviation and medical support teams were dispatched to the scene immediately.
