In 1988, the Ex-President of South Africa, Pieter Willem Botha told the world that Blacks hate themselves that it will be difficult for them to be organized because they don't have the brain and mental capacity to govern a society.
The xenophobia tells you how blacks hate themselves and how their brains were negatively constructed.
Asians, Chinese, Indians don't kill each other, that's more of the reasons they're look at blacks as animals who can't live together peacefully and in harmony without killing of each other.
He said: "Blacks can never be able to organize themselves without killing each other!
"Give them guns, they would kill themselves;
"Give them power, they will steal all the government money;
"Give them independence, they will use it to promote tribalism, ethnicity, bigotry, hatred, killings and wars!"
