Igbo Youth Congress(IYC) in reaction to Ekweremadu's ordeal in Germany condemned the action of some members of IPOB who attacked Ekweremadu in the second annual new yam festival in Germany.
They stressed that the hoodlums who perpetuate the action should be brought to book by metropolitan police.
In addition, they said that the act carried out by these hoodlums against Ekweremadu did not represent the mind of Igbo nation. IYC assured Ekweremadu of their unflinching support.
