The Imo State which the Former governor, Rochas Okorocha transformed into modern city has just turned to waste bin center under Governor Emeka Ihedioha's watch.
Everywhere in Imo State now is "Waste Bin Waste Bin".
Let's see how Owerri will look like in next one year.
