The Founder and leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said that he will return to claim victory as Jesus Christ was taken away to Egypt for safety, and mentioned Prophet Muhammed, Moses and Nelson Mandela that ran away for safety were later returned and claimed their victory.
He added if these men were cowards, then he is also a coward.
"Jesus Christ was taken away to Egypt for safety. Prophet Muhammed ran from Mecca to Medina. Moses ran away from Egypt to Midian, Nelson Mandela once ran to Igbo land. If these men were cowards, then I am."
"Do you know that all of them later returned and claimed victory? Now you know. I told you that am coming back, I will return to claim victory"
