The mother is from Abia State. By implication and Circumstances of his birth, he is "Nwadiala Ndi Igbo".
The Hausa's and Yorubas said the Igbos adopted him, let the truth be told , Igbos never did. We the Igbos accorded him his rightful entitlement as " Nwadiala".
