The Ex-president, Olusegun Obasanjo lamented to Mr President, Muhammadu Buhari for not planning on how to build refineries, electricity or create job opportunities in order to fight against poverty rather he preferred to spend $11 billion dollars on Fulani Rugalization.
"No Refineries, No Electricity, No Jobs, Killings and Poverty Everywhere but Buhari's major priority is to spend $11Billion dollars on Fulani Ruga”.
