The President Muhammadu Buhari has no constitutional right to grant Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) a Republic as it is limited by constitution.
There are certain procedures which Biafrans must meet before being a Republic.
Biafrans can get Biafra without bloodshed through the following means:
1. Not participating in Nigeria's general election.
2. Don't elect senators and representive into federal government.
3. Ask your people to withdraw from all federal appointments.
4. Mobilize your people to migrate to Biafra land and start using Biafra currency.
