The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) promised to support countries of the Sahel region, especially Nigeria, Chad, Niger, and Cameroon by building their defence and security forces to counter terrorism and combat organised crime.
This statement was made during the 14th Islamic Summit Conference held at Makkah, Saudi Arabia on last Saturday.
The best to fight insecurity is to fight hunger and joblessness.
If the Federal Government succeeds in overcoming the two, insecurity will reduce.
Next remedy is sound education, certain brainwashings will not succeed where people are equip with good education.
It's unfortunate that some well educated people especially from the North, are still saying No to Western Education.
Ignorant is a disease:
Kill ignorant,
Kill insecurity.
Kill joblessness
Kill insecurity.
Kill hunger.
