The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike was on Monday ordered both the State Secondary School Principals and Head teachers, that under no circumstance will they collect a dime from students as government will fully undertake the running of state owned primary and secondary schools.
Also stated to punish any Principal or Head teacher found to be collecting any form of fees or levy from students.
