David Vance stated why Yorubas refused Igbos from going in 1967.
He said Igbos had intention of going from Nigeria in order to have access to their laws, borders and revenues.
The Yorubas denied that from Igbos through their army and massacred the Igbo in civil war.
Igbo women were raped and Igbos were also enslaved because they wanted to be separated.
He added that Yorubas committed genocide on the Igbo in the 1967—1970 during civil war.
The United Kingdom left Nigeria in peaceful condition with oil infrastructure, legal systems etc.
