The Sudan Former Minister of Defense Col. Ibrahim Chamsadine was discovered alive in an underground prison in a Mosque in Khartoum.
He was jailed in 1995 by Omar al-Bashir for opposing the tyrannic rule of dictator.
He was declared dead in June, 2008 after the state falsely announced that he died in a plane crash.
