SIERRA LEONE GOVERNMENT PATRONISES INNOSON MOTORS


Sierra Leone Government was on 4th May paid a special visit to Innoson motors manufacturing company Ltd Nnewi. 
The team that came were impressed on what they saw. The head of the delegation, Honorable Soloku said "Truly Africa has come of age to take care of itself without foreign aid". He added that Innoson motors should come and establish a company in Sierra Leone. 


The General Manager of Sierra Leone Road Transport Corporation (SLRTC), Mr. Isaac Ken-Green was of the opinion that Innoson motors should partner with the SLRTC to offer a full service to the country.

They also came along side with their broken down buses spare parts for Innoson motors to supply it to them. 


The delegation that came were as follows;

(1) Colonel (Rtd) Simeon Nasiru Sheriff - Deputy Minister of Defense.

(2) Brigadier General Usman Turay - Assistant Chief of Defense Staff Support and Logistics.

(3) Lt Col Muctar S. Tejan - Military Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Defense.

(4) Major Brima Davowah Sama- Commanding Officer, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Workshop.

The landmark progress made by Innoson motors should act as a catalyst and road map to kick-start and encourage industrialization in our dear country which will attract government attention and support for entrepreneurship in Anambra State especially and Southeast in general.
