The President Muhammadu Buhari has encouraged all Muslims to used this Ramadan fast to build up oneness among others.
He told them to use this opportunity to live in harmony with fellow citizens of other faiths.
He urged them to absent from anything that will lead them to hatred and violence that they should do whatever that will promote tolerance and mutual coexistence in the community.
"I urge all Muslims to use the Ramadan fast to build harmony with fellow citizens of other faiths. We must uphold the values of tolerance and mutual coexistence, and leave no room whatsoever for hatred and violence. I pray for Allah’s continued peace and progress for Nigeria."
