If the most richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote could collect two bottles of water in an occasion and hide one behind him means that the poor will collect the cartoons of it.
As it is, poor can go to an occasion with an empty bottles to exchange drinks and demand for two plates of rice, even to collect more while going home.
