THE FIRST AFRICAN NIGERIAN-CANADIAN TO BE ELECTED AS A MEMBER OF MLA


Barrister Kelechi Madu has made a history to be the first African Nigerian-Canadian to be elected as a member of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta (MLA) in Canada. 

A 45 year old Kelechi popularly known as Kaycee hails from Okrika Ahiazu Mbaise in Imo State.

He graduated as a Bachelor in laws from University of Lagos and migrated to Canada in 2005 with his wife and enrolled in postgraduate studies at the University of Alberta in Canada and graduated with a good grade.
