The original sheet of presidential election result collated and transmitted electronically were stored.
It was ordered that no one will vote without the voter card, since one will be captured by the card reader. So once every voter finished voting, the server captured.
Two manual applications of card reader that functioned as a means for accreditation, collation and transmission of the results. The results were in figures and image at the back end. The system also has a place of checking electoral malpractice.
Meanwhile, Microsoft, IBM and Oracle captured the INEC original results so INEC like, they can wipe the hard disk. One thing is sure, Microsoft and IBM will restore it back.
The system has serial number so no escape route for All Progressive Congress (APC) and Buhari.
