The governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai has reviewed a shocked secret over the killing in Zamfara State.
El-Rufai allegedly claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari knows those involved over the killing in Zamfara State that was more of the reasons he kept quiet.
He made this statement during an interview that both the president and security officers were aware of this incident.
