The leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said a person gets the West African School Certificate after secondary school education.
This is the certificate Nigerians were asking Muhammadu Buhari to present but he found it difficult.
It is the minimum requirement to contest for the office of the Nigerian president.
