The Kogi State Governor Bello Yahaya has made a promise to be fulfilled in his second term in given an opportunity.
He accepted that he is owing Civil Servants salaries in his State which he is ready to pay off the arrears.
He pleaded for second term in order to use the medium to pay all the 38 months salaries arrears if given another chance.
"I promise to pay all the 38 months salary arrears if you give me another chance".
It was gathered that Kogi State Civil Servants are now begging to feed their families. Therefore, will Kogiets be willing to vote for Bello Yahaya again to continue from where he stopped in owing them.
This second term will be multiplication debts.
