The Imo state governor Rocha's Okorocha planed to release an agreement letter between APC and INEC how 2019 election was rigged in favour of Buhari.
Okorocha was not happy how he was abandoned for campaigning for his in-law Uche Nwosu.
He has made up his mind to expose APC that he will not go down alone, also added that he is coming out with more fact.
