It wasn't funny for Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) when they heard serve ID number being quoted by Atiku Abubakar the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate.
As a result, the INEC 7 staff of ICT were arrested and tortured by DSS for 3 days to force truth out of their mouths.
