A notorious armed robber at University of Uyo (UNIUYO) who gave his name as Daniel Clement was arrested at gunpoint on Monday morning by man O'War Officials while jogging during morning drills.
He was arrested at ECN Block by Man O'War officials who sighted him robbing students of their valuables such as phones and laptops on Campus.
It happened when Man O'War officials with some Thunderbolt members who were on their early morning training exercise. When sighting at him swung into action and overpowered him, took a local made pistol from him and recovered some of the items he has stolen.
After mush interrogation, he confessed to have been into this act for a while now.
The Vice Chancellor of UNIUYO has zero tolerance for crime in Campus which made to Man O'War to arrest such a notorious armed robber.
After mush, he was handed over to the Security Unit which later moved him to Police Anti-Cultism Unit.
