A four year old boy identified as Joe was poisoned by his stepmother when the father went out to look for food outside.
Joe stepmother poisoned him because he asked for food and threw him in nearby stream.
The Joe's father in order not to have quarreled with her went outside to buy food for him.
Returning to discovered that his son was no where to be found.
After some hours have past, news got to them that Joe was founded dead at nearby stream.
