4 people identified as Chinedu Osigwe, Tiger Eke and two others were murdered and beheaded on early morning of April 24 2019.
The incident occurred at Ovogo community in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State.
It was gathered that the heads were separated from their bodies and dropped intentionally for reasons best known to them.
This beheading has becoming so alarming and annoying in Rivers State.
