President Buhari felt bad for knowing that some governors have not been paying workers their salaries. He was bittered and even felt the pains workers go through under the hard leadership of some state governors who don't pay workers salaries even after federal allocations has been released to them.
The president urged the citizens not to support such governor who doesn't put the need and wellbeing of the his worker first and told them not to vote such governors for such in office for second time.
Many governors are guilty of this circumstances because some have not finished paying workers 2018 salaries talk of entering 2019.
Mr President was of the opinion that even when allocations were released to them, they will still not use it to do the purpose of which it was released for and divert it to their personal use.
