His Excellency, as one of your most loyal and faithful subjects who has nothing but the utmost respect for your person and your office I am constrained to write you this open letter.
This is because there are a number of issues that I believe that it is important for you to clarify, the issues APGA families are facing in Dunukofia LGA simple because we are committed to promote and promote our great party APGA.
On 9/03 /2019 House of Assembly Election, Hon Tochukwu Eze of PDP used Political thugs and hoodlums to deranged voting process in Some towns in Dunukofia most especially UKWULU KINGDOM, in UKWULU those thugs were caught (Pictures Attached) and was handed over to Appreciate authority, Nigeria Police Force.
It was reported that the some APGA royalist youths in Ukpo community have been chased out from their various homes by the men of Anti-Cult Police Team and thugs up till yesterday night being Sunday 17th March 2019, just because we (APGA) won PDP in the last State House of Assembly election for Dunukofia Constituency .
His Excellency! Are APGA faithful youths suppose to have freedom as indigenes of Ukpo, they Are being threatened because Engr Arthur Eze mandated them to run one party affairs in Ukpo community as PDP (and their sponsors).
Let me bring it to your notice, that Engr Arthur Eze has mortgage Dunukofia Local
GOVERNMENT AND POLITICS as his personal property
Engr Arthur Eze Radical Marginalization record.
Since the creation of Dunukofia LGA, basically 1999 to 2011, Engr Arthur Eze imposed Local Government Chairman and House of Assembly members to our constituency and LGA.
Some years ago, Hon Barr CUC Ikebudu contested for Anambra State House of Assembly, Dunukofia Constituency and won but Engr Arthur Eze denied him, his mandate!
In 2011, Engr Arthur Eze Imposed Hon John Olibie against the wish of the masses (Hon Lawrence Ezeudu) to us as a member representing Dunukofia Constituency and he failed woefully to deliver dividends of democracy to our constituency!
In 2013,The same Engr Arthur Eze imposed one Mr Ikpoaku to us as Dunukofia Local Government,despite Ikpoaku is a good man but that's the Wishes of ndi Dunukofia then
Recently because he's jealous of your progress in Anambra state as our Governor and lost federal Government trust , he designed a way to pull your administration down by Sponsoring Hon Nonso Eze for Anambra State House of Assembly under our great party APGA but we APGA Faithfuls decided that the best man for the business is Hon Lawrence Chukwunwike Ezeudu (Chief Whip) and the primary election, Engr Arthur Eze special advicers, advised him to go to court and Disrupts the peace of AGPA Dunukofia, so that we loose house of assembly election but the ways of man is not the ways of God, glory be to his holy name.
Akpokuedike Global! Engr Arthur Eze is a full member of APC, who fought APGA with his money and the last drop of his blood during gubernatorial Election, 2017. After he failed to deliver APC, His connection and contact with President Muhammadu Buhari separated. He want to use Dunukofia Constituency to get into the corridor of power by all means.
He sponsored One Mr Tochukwu Eze under PDP platform for Anambra State House of Assembly, Dunukofia Constituency 2019. GLORY BE TO ALMIGHTY GOD THAT the Dunukofia Decided and elected Hon Lawrence Chukwunwike Ezeudu for second tenure. Now we are free from Political slavery from Engr Arthur Eze.
Section 1, subsection 1 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) stipulates that: “This constitution is supreme and its provisions shall have binding force on all authorities and persons throughout the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
Subsection (2) also affirms that, “The Federal Republic of Nigeria shall not be governed, nor shall any person or group of persons take control of the government of Nigeria or any part thereof, except in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution.”
Sequel to this, the constitution is the most self-regulating and independent mechanism which confers authority and power to the government through its citizens in the exercise of its functions and duties. Thus, Chapter II, Section 14, subsection (1 & 2), sub-paragraph (a) stipulates thus:
(1). The Federal Republic of Nigeria shall be a State based on the principles of democracy and social justice.
(2). It is hereby accordingly declared that –
(a). Sovereignty belongs to the people of Nigeria from whom government through this constitution derives all its powers and authority.
More so, the well-being of the citizens of Nigeria is absolutely captured, provided for and secured by the constitution. In the same Chapter 2, Section 14, subsection (1 & 2), Sub-paragraph (b & c), it is also stated that,
(b). the Security and welfare of the people shall be the primary purpose of the government; and
Now the lives of our party Faithfuls are in danger, most especially Aniekwena Families in Oranto village, Ukpo and entire town within Dunukofia LGA.
Please, I appeal to you my Working Governor to intervene, for the threats are much, so that it will not lead to to loose of lives and properties in this jungle justice.
I will like you to call Engr Arthur Eze and caution him about this threatenings mentioned above. security of ndi Ukpo, Dunukofia is the most basic and necessary responsibility of Anambra State.
Terrorism is a significant threat to peace and security, prosperity and people and want to act immediately before Dunukofia will turn out to be Sambisa of Anambra State. I will be very glad if request will be granted urgently.
NB:FIGHT AGAINST OUR APGA FAITHFULS ARE FIGHT AGAINST OUR GREAT PARTY APGA, GOV WILLIE OBIANO, CHIEF VICTOR OYE AND DUNUKOFIA CONSTITUENCY.
