Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu of Abia State always put God first in all his dealing, that's why without hesitation he, wife and other friends and well-wishers went straight to the Government House Chapel Umuahia to give glory to Most High God.
He said: "After collecting my Certificate of Return from INEC today authenticating my reelection, we headed straight to the Government House Chapel Umuahia for a brief dedication service alongside my wife and others".
"I don't joke with the role God has played in planting me in this position and giving me visions and responsibilities for our people, it is eminent I seek His face at all times and return all glory to Him.
"President of the East Nigeria Union Mission of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Pastor Dr. B O Udoh preached the sermon while other church leaders including the Methodist Archbishop of Umuahia, Most Rev. Chibuzo Opoko, Bishop of Aba Diocese Ang Communion, Rt Rev Christian Ugwuzor, Bishop Goddy Okafor of the Peculiar Peoples Church, Rev Ogboso Ejindu of the Assemblies of God Church and other men of God jointly said powerful prayers for the Governor and the entire state".
"To God alone be the glory".
