The injustice of Buhari towards CJN Onnoghen

The ex-director of CCB testified over the Onnoghen's case in court yesterday. He said that CJN Onnoghen only five houses and not 55 houses as was alleged.

Also added that that Onnoghen assets has not been verified by CCB  before he was charged to court and that his Asset Declaration Forms verification column are still empty.

He again testified that Onnoghen had no foreign account but he only had one domiciliary account.

However, the bankers have released the details of Onnoghen domiciliary account. The account shows that Onnoghen had only $56,000 which is N17million before Buhari government accused him of being a thief.

For all indication, the bankers testified that the dollars in the Domiciliary account are loans which he got from the government which he used his shares and government guarantees to secure.

Another witness for the prosecution, PW3, testified that Onnoghen has only one domiciliary account which he opened in Abuja, and it was not a foreign account.

One of the staff of Standard Chartered bank gave Onnoghen account details balance as follows:

(3) 13,730 Pounds
(4) 2,656,019 Naira

These are against the alleged over $3 million & $5 million in the media.
