Prince Uche Secondus, The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has this day informed the military not to be allowed again to for illegal duties.
He told the military and other security agencies to resist any attempt that will create room for election malpractice.
Secondu was of the opinion that inconclusive terminology is a rigging strategy introduced by the Independent National Electoral Commission to aide the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
He added, it's certain that PDP victory in the rerun in at least five of the six states as he has warned the INEC and the security agencies to stay clear on election day.
However, Prince Secondus called on INEC chairman that he will be held responsible for any illegal act discovered on that day.
The People Democratic party (PDP) Vice Presidential candidate Peter Obi people to know that INEC and security are not blame or hold responsible for illegal act on election day rather it's the person who sent them.
Mr Obi added that the worst corruption is election malpractice because the most important thing is how you get power and not what happened later.
The Senate President Bukola Saraki and the Speaker House Representatives Hon. Dogora said no matter the circumstances that victory must be theirs at the end.
