An Ibadan based internet fraudster, Oyesanmi Ayomikun Oluwaseun was on 19th March jailed for 4 months for using this email address mikeclark861@gmail.com to send pornographic and indecent images.
Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court, Ibadan judicial division, after the accused has pleaded guilty to a one-count amended charge of sharing pornographic and indecent images brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibadan Zonal Office.
Investigation made by EFCC reviewed that the fraudster posed to his victims as a woman, with the hope of extort money from them.
Justice Abdulamalik jailed Oluwaseun four months for the offenses committed after pleaded guilty and other complaint from one Mr Michael Clark he had defrauded the sum of $500.
He was arrested on 31st January 2019 and jailed yesterday being 19th March 2019.
