Hon Ibida who made a short statement before the commissioning said And I quote "I'm happy To be here to commissioned this projects, I feel the sufferings of My people who sells here and I decided to make their business to be conducive by erecting this gigantic projects. If I return back, I will empower the women to improve in their businesses.
